First time using Hagins. They were recommended by a friend of mine and they live up to their great reviews. I called and asked if they could fit me in for that day. I had received a maintenance message and since I had to go to the airport early the next morning I wanted to be sure the car was ready to go. They were very accommodating and I got the car in at 8:30 and had it back by 1:00. They were professional and pleasant to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them.

In July I took my Subaru in for a minor service for the first time, recommended by a close friend, and during the service they recommended a couple of repairs, one of them being front brakes. I had them do the service which included machined rotors. I was getting a strange grinding type noise from the brakes and decided to give it 3 or 4 weeks to see if it would go away (there was never any issue with braking), it dd not. So I took the car back and they replaced the brake pads (no charge, of course). I am happy with the courtesy and reception to fix the issue. I will return for future service.

Hagin's is always great. In there for my 125,000 mile service, plus. All went well, service is friendly and fast. I was able to wait for it.

As usual, incredible and prompt service. My daughter is now a new customer and drives all the way from Castro Valley to have her car serviced at Hagins! This is the only shot that will ever work on my car or that of my daughters!
