My experience with Hagins Automotive was extremely positive. Since purchasing it new, I have always serviced my 2010 Corolla at Toyota dealerships (except once). Of late, the service provided by multiple dealerships around me has been less than stellar even though the maintenance costs have steadily increased. When my "check engine" light came on, I decided to try Hagin's. They were professional and courteous and as a bonus had a shuttle to drop me off. They informed me of the results from the diagnostic test and were able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. As a bonus, they were able to get rid of a squeaky noise around the brakes that has been there for at least 12 years (and something that 4 Toyota dealerships were unable to diagnose or fix correctly!). I will definitely continue to visit them for all of this car's needs and would happily recommend them to others.
