As usual Hagin's Automotive has done a professional job in resolving our 14 year old 4Runners' A/C issues. Always appreciate the courtesy and informative way in which we are approached and made fully aware of issue and resolution.

You can't go wrong at Hagin's, in our experience. They stand behind their work 100% as our recent experience with our Previa illustrates. Long story short, when the remanufactured head they installed proved to have a crack in it, and the supplier refused to honor the warranty, Hagin's went to the trouble of finding and installing a whole replacement engine with about a quarter of the miles on it as the old one had! Outstanding. In the process, they had to hunt down an oil sensor unit and replace the one previously in the van. If you have a Toyota or Honda, this is the shop to use if you're within 50 miles of Martinez!

Andy and Jeff are honest, professional and courteous. I came in on an emergency basis and they were able to look at my truck the same day and gave me the estimate quickly. Jeff was also kind enough to research for any applicable warranties for the malfunction. I believe the price was reasonable.
