Hagin's staff is very welcoming. They are also extremely competent and have excellent communication skills. Jeff was able to explain a rather complex throttle concept in simple terms, which helped me understand the issue. They performed maintenance on my Prius and fixed a couple of problems after checking in with me. I was very pleased with the service. In addition, they have a shuttle that will bring you home and pick you up if needed. I will definitely return to Hagin's. It was a great experience.
