My Acura was up for my 105,ooo mile inspection. After the results from a Acura dealership that I have taken my 2004 TSX since new, a friend said they refer their clients to Hagin's all the time so I called and asked them for the 105,000 mile inspection. I let Jeff know what I wanted taken care of along with the results of their findings. Could not be more pleased with the end result.

Our small company continues to take our vehicles to Hagin's for service. Once again, they go over the top with customer service. Their are very competent, reasonably priced and extremely thorough. Thank you Hagin's!! We"ll be back for sure.

We've been fighting a vibration problem for a while, and I think the cause may have finally been isolated, and fixed. Overall, Hagin's provides great service and stands behind their work. You don't see that often in the auto repair business. That's why we take 5 of our seven cars to them (the other two are collector cars that I would rather service myself). We've been Hagin customers for about ten years, and have no reason to leave. They do good work, and stand behind it.

Car was making a sweeking (is there such a word) sound. They took it for a ride and of course it didn't make the sound. They kept the car, took it for a ride and it did what I kept hearing. So I had them do the work to fix it. While they checked it all out, I had them put new hoses, transmission fluid and other fluids. The radiator didn't look too good, they replaced it. Now I feel I can drive it anywhere and not have the fear of breaking down.
