I've been taking our cars to Hagin's for more than fifteen years (since Andy opened the shop on Pacheco Blvd). We started with my wife's Lexus and have progressed to Hagin's maintaining five cars for our family. Over the years, the entire staff has been great! We get the cars back when promised (unless something unexpected turns up), and they stand behind their work. If they think they didn't do it right the first time, they make it good.

My first encounter was on the phone with Jeff. He was so pleasant & helpful that I scheduled an oil change (with my coupon). The mechanics found many dangerous things wrong with my vehicle (do to my lack of maintenance). Jeff itemized all repairs based on safety & worked things around so I could get the brakes done (not on original estimate) also. I cannot believe the difference in how my vehicle drives:) Thank the mechanics (especially JC) who did the repairs. You have a customer for life.

I just can't say enough about these guys. Their quality of work is over the top and their customer service is second to none.
