Having a Toyota pickup with close to 268,000 miles on the original engine I noted that Hagan was mentioned in a local magazine as being the best of the best. My truck was in need of repairs and it was starting to appear that my goal of 300,000 miles was not going to be a reality. I took my truck in- After their service my truck is running the best it has in years. Hagan Automotive deserves that ranking. Their attention to detail is incredible--I have never gone in to a repair shop with an owner like Andy. He cares about your car and your safety. He is downright passionate about Toyota and IT SHOWS. I had debated whether or not it was time to look into getting a new truck. After service at Hagan those thoughts are out the door. My goal is a truck with 400,000 miles. Hagin is simply the best!

We have been using Hagin's Automotive for several years on 4 different autos and have always found them to be extremely knowledgeable about what is needed, straight forward about what repairs may be optional, easy to talk with in that everyone is helpful and friendly, responsive to our questions, needs, schedules, etc and honest. They are both professional and friendly, and feel very much a part of the community. They have gone above and beyond many times, for example in working with our schedule, providing insight when checking out a used car we wanted to purchase,etc. The car is always ready when they say it will be and the cost is always as we discussed. They communicate about everything and the bottom line is they know cars. What more could we ask for. We highly recommend Hagin's Automotive and find them a pleasure to work with.

As always, this repair business is effective and efficient and always maintains a high customer service focus. In short- it is the best you can get in an auto repair facility.

I've been taking my Subaru to Hagin's since 2008. They know what they're doing, and prices have not exceeded their estimates. This last time, they even fixed a window that was not going up and down properly, at no charge! If you live in the Martinez area, these are the guys you want to work on your car.

I now have the first mechanic that I have trusted in about 8 years. Wow. Great service. Tremendously friendly with superior communication on all matters.....and a 10% discount on service for using the Hagin's license plate frames. These guys are a quality act from the top down. Kudos!

What a great, trustworthy bunch of guys. I appreciated their honesty and diligence. Hagins knew that I was on a strict budget and they managed to keep me within that range, sent me along with a short list of reccomendations for my car. I am reccomending Hagins to all of my friends and family.
