Hagin's is worthy of an excellent reputation. It's committments regarding service needs, prices and time have always been honored. The staff have provided me with the best of service.

Hagin's mechanical work is superior.In addition the work is performed on time so that your car is ready when you are told beforehand.I recommend Hadin's to friends.

The work is always done fast and right. Everyone is very nice and they mae you feel that you can trust what they tell you what is wrong with your car.

Hagens always does a top notch job. When the recent clutch work I had done needed a follow up adjustment, they didn't charge anything for the follow up.

I would look at two main parts of the business: Customer service is the best any place, including clarifying issues and follow up and the free shuttle of course. Service and repairs are always good. Only one minor issue preventing me to give the highest rating where the bolt on air cleaner shroud was left off my truck when I picked it up. This necessitated taking time to bring the truck back and get it reinstalled. There appears to be a glitch in mechanics/ supervisors rechecking everything prior to customer pick up.

Very pleased with staff and service

Fast service and no nonsense. They fix the problem without trying to upsell or any other repair tricks. I'd have given them 5 stars but minus a half because they aren't open weekends, which is inconvenient.
