This was my first experience with Hagin's based on a recommendation from a trusted friend. My Explorer was having a weird intermittent electrical issue which I feared would be a difficult analysis and expensive repair. But within a couple of hours the team had diagnosed the problem which turned out was a rare but fairly minor issue. The repair cost was unexpectedly reasonable and I really appreciate the fair and honest service. Robert was very courteous, explained everything and kept me informed. Great experience. I've gone to Hagins since 2007. I got started when I would leave my car for maintenance & walk to my Mom's convalescent hospital down the road. I TOTALLY TRUST YOUR CARE FOR MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER HAD ANY SECOND THOUGHTS!!!!!!!! ALSO HOW WONDEFUL & DOWN TO EARTH EVERYONE IS. VERY RESPECTFUL & KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!!!!!!!!
