Went to Hagin's to get a new plug for my oil pan because mine was leaking and chose Hagin's after Googling mechanics in the area & reading the overwhelming number of 5-star reviews they've received. It was a busy day for them and I just walked in around noon to inquiry about getting my car serviced & they very kindly squeezed me in & even gave me a ride back and forth to my house via their own shuttle while waiting for car to be serviced. The staff & technician's were all friendly & knowledgeable & car was done within a couple hours. No complaints, they were very accommodating.

I love bringing my car to Hagin's. The people are very efficient at what they do. When you have to leave your car for more complex service, they have a competent and friendly driver take you home and pick you up when the work is complete.

I have been going to HAGINS Automotive for several years. I have had a Toyota FJ for16 hrs/149K miles. It’s been a great, reliable vehicle and I attribute this to HAGINS. Their personnel are very professional. They explain what work needs to be done and why. They’ve shown me the old/warn-out parts next to new parts, very informative. They do a good job of inspecting the vehicle to prevent break-downs on the road. I’ve had no break-downs, (I follow their maintenance /service recommendations). Their charges for services are reasonable and fair. I trust everyone at HAGINS and I have family that uses HAGGINS also.
