Took my car some where else before coming to Hagens & was told I would need a whole new motor. After they were able to check my car out they discovered 3-4 major repairs needed to be done. I was heart sick when told I was told I needed a new engine from the other place. It was like Christmas had come early for me. My baby purrs like a kitten now. They were not only professional, but very timely and the biggest issue for me was going to be the price. Well that was an unexpected surprise also. For someone on SS it was very affordable for me. Yes I had family members who could of done it for half the price , but because of their customer serv., the price & all they had to do after getting family advise the decision was very clear to have them do the work.
