Came to Haggin's after the Acura of Concord dealer told me the reason my AC was blowing hot air was because of a defective heater core. They tried to charge me $3200 to fix it. I took my car to Hagin's to get a second opinion. Robert, the manager, was gracious and beyond helpful to me. He explained to me how the heater core could not be the issue with my AC if it was blowing hot air. If the heater core was defective, then I'd have an issue with no heat, not an issue with no cold. Hagin's completed a thorough diagnostics and found an electrical issue in the AC, specifically the back blower motor. They fixed that issue and now my AC is working better than ever! Great experience overall! Saved me money and finally fixed an ongoing issue with my vehicle. 5 Star rating!!!!

I came to this business for an oil change, the front office staff (Richard) was very welcoming and engaging upon stepping foot in the door. JC was super quick and got me in and out in record time! The entire staff were very pleasant and made me feel very welcomed and handled my car with quality and speed:) highly recommend
