Martinez Auto Repair

Hagin's Automotive is always friendly and professional!

Friendly, professional, and honest. Forthcoming about repairs and the cost. On time and accommodating. I look forward to using their services again.

From the initial phone call to final pick up, they were knowledgeable, friendly, hinest and fair. Spoke to me like a friend, not just a customer out to get my business. Hagin's will be the only place we take our cars from now on!

This was my first visit to Hagen's although my husband has been taking his car there for years. Really great service especially by Jeff in the office. I received very detailed information on what services were needed. The work was done efficiently. I was also impressed that my car keys were wiped cleaned in front of me and placed on a towel on the counter for me to pick up. Excellent attention to safety protocol. I will definitely use them again.

Everything was done that I requested. They are professional and honest about what repairs are needed. I feel very confident when I leave my car with them. It is like Allstate -you are in good hands!!!

Kind, convenient, communicative. Changing to Hagin's is one step closer to simplifying my life. I am so happy I found them!

I appreciate the cautionary steps Haggin's takes during this COVID-19 pandemic. I dropped my vehicle off and it was ready a few hours before it was supposed to be. Great work. Thank you!
