They provided a good plan for social distancing and was able to let them know I'd be waiting [actually went for a walk]. My car was ready when I returned. I'm very happy with the quality, timeliness and value for the service received. Thank you!

I am really happy with my experience with Hagin's. Communication was clear and friendly from the first call. The work was done in the time frame established, and I felt that they tried to find the least expensive solution to my issues. When I picked my car up, Jeff was absolutely confident that the work was done well, and I am so happy with how my car runs now. I feel safer in my vehicle and very satisfied with the experience. It wasn't just professional. I felt that they genuinely cared about returning my car to me in the best shape possible.

Prices might be a bit higher than elsewhere, BUT ... as the saying goes, “You get what you pay for”. I can depend on Hagin’s 100%. I need that. l commute 88 miles a day. I can trust Hagin’s work, you can’t put a price on that. 😉👍
