My first visit to Hagin's Automotive exceeded my expectations. They were referred to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. By the time we were through I felt like I had been a lifetime customer. Jeff and Andy took great care of me, making excellent recommendations for conversion of the shock absorber system on my Toyota 4Runner, at a price much less than the Toyota dealership. I also needed new tires, so they coordinated everything with the nearby Les Schwab on my behalf. The telephone and email communications and shuttle service throughout could not have been better. Great job everyone!

Andy & Jeff are very friendly and tuned in to my being a customer- explained what was going on patiently and thoroughly. Provided me a ride home and back to shop next day. Car runs great - lets hope there's no reason for it not to later on. Price seemed high but I haven't much experience in cost of car repairs - no reason to believe they're exorbitant. Recommend their service to others.

As usual they were fast, efficient, and professional. They were very matter of fact about upcoming maintenance and didn't try to sell me muffler bearings. Nor did they say I needed to change the oil in my headlights like some of their competitors.
