Hagin's Automotive did a super job with my Prius C. I needed a trustworthy shop, and my friend Bill Stayner recommended them. They had to take my car apart to get to what was wrong--sleuthed it out (broken fan) and fixed it. They also looked over the rest of the car to see if it needed anything else, and let me know what kinds of things were ok now but would need looking at in the future. They kept me up to date on what needed to be done, and even better, they called my friend and explained it to him, too, because he understands car stuff. I recommend them highly.

Through all the years in the MARTINEZ area, (approximately 40 yrs.). HAGIN’S AUTOMOTIVE has been a “life saver!” I am majorly disabled and live alone. So I rely heavily on my Van to get me to assorted Dr. appointments, Physical and Water Aerobics Therapy! The HAGIN’S (Family owned) Automotive) have gone out of there way to accommodate my needs to get me up and running again, in short order! Their pricing is very “competitive” for all the all my normal maintenance and emergency issues, which I have had! I haven’t had to worry about ; “ If they can’t fix it-what the heck am I going to do issues?? They are way better than dealership repair centers! Not just price but “quality of workmanship!” Very hard to find these days!! I have never had to go back, for a repair that wasn’t fixed the first time!! HI’ll need a new Van someday ;(((. Just wished they sold cars too!!! Way~way better than dealerships ! The “Cherry on Top?” Their Shuttle Service is very excellent, reliable and free too! Can’t ask for more than than that!! They keep my info in their system & let me know what needs to be done to properly maintain my car. I do a lot of driving, and always figure if I take care of my car, my car will take care of me.
